NEET 2021 : Application Form

Students can fill NEET 2021 Application Form online by visiting the official website of NTA NEET i.e. ntaneet.nic.in. NEET 2021 Registration has begun on 13th July 2021. Steps of the NEET Registration Process are:

Step 1: Registration - After visiting the official website, candidates will have to click on the ‘NEET 2021 application for’ button and register with a valid unique email ID and phone number.
Step 2: Filling the Application Form - Enter personal details, academic details, choice of medium of paper, and the candidate’s preferred test center.
Step 3: Uploading of Documents - Upload passport size photograph, signature, a left-hand thumb impression, class X certificate, PwD certificate as per the guidelines of NTA. Check NEET 2021 Document Upload Guidelines
Step 4: Payment of Fees - NEET application fee is INR 1500 for GN, INR 1400 for EWS, and INR 800 for other category candidates which can be paid online.
Step 5: Submit Form - The last step is to save and submit the application form.
