NEET 2021 : Application Correction

The correction window for NEET application form 2021 will be available from January 15 to 30, only for registered candidates. A link for the online NEET-UG 2021 correction window will be provided. Aspirants have to edit any details and exam city choices in the NEET application form 2021. Candidates can use the NEET application form correction guide to edit the mistakes made or incorrect details entered in the application form as well as the exam centers by the specified date. To make the changes and use the NEET 2021 correction window, candidates were required to log in by entering their NEET application number and password. The following details could be corrected in the NEET 2021 application form.

Details that can be corrected in NEET application form:

Personal details
Place of birth
The medium of question paper
Choice of exam city
Academic details of Class 10, 11 and 12
Permanent and correspondence address
Details of parents/guardians
Dress code

Details that cannot be edited in the NEET correction window:

Registered mobile number
Email ID registered

Steps for NEET correction window 2021:

Candidates were required to click on the link provided on this page
Enter the NEET 2021 application number and password
Click here for correction in NEET (UG) 2021 Application Form
Once the application form of NEET 2021 is displayed, candidates can edit the fields mentioned above
After making the relevant corrections in the NEET application form 2021, click on 'Preview and Submit'
An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates.
Enter the OTP number and click on 'Final Submit'
A warning message will pop-up on the screen, which asks, 'This is the one-time correction facility, no correction will be allowed after final submission. Do you wish to submit the corrected application form finally?'
Click on 'Please do' to submit the corrections or else click on 'oops no' to go back and make some other corrections.
After submitting the corrections, the NEET application correction slip will be displayed on the screen with the corrected information.
It is advised to take three to four printouts of correction slip.

Correction of Image Discrepancy in NEET 2021 application form:

NTA will intimate all registered students about the image discrepancy which must be corrected before the last date. Any modifications or corrections to the photograph/signature could be done using the login facility given by NTA or even with the correction window from January 15 to 31, 2021, tentatively. Candidates must follow the steps below to correct any discrepancies in their photograph or signature uploaded with the NEET application form 2021:

Steps to correct image discrepancies:

Click on the 'NEET candidate login' link provided here
Enter the NEET application number and password
The option to upload the photograph/signature will be displayed on the screen.
Upload the correct images as per the given specifications.
Verify once before submitting it.
After submission, an OTP number will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidates
After the given OTP number is entered, the NEET correction slip will be displayed on the screen.
It is advised to safe keep this printout for future reference.
